RETURN POLICY

We Strive To Make Your Shopping Experience Happy n Hassle-Free! That’s why we adhere by a no-fuss, no-question-asked return policy, albeit with a few short & simple guidelines that are easy to follow for all.

 

• Return Policy shall be applicable for products pertaining to issues such as size mismatch, manufacturing defects for a window of 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Return shall be applicable only for purchases made through this website.
• To maintain the safe hygiene practice for all our customers, any used products shall not be eligible for return. Products should not be washed or bleached and should retain untampered price tags with relevant bill in order to be eligible for refund or return.
• Products returned will be inspected by our specialized team. In case there be any manufacturing defects we would replace/ exchange the product.
• No return / refund shall be applicable in case goods are destroyed / damaged/ tampered in transit or if the packaging is distorted.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the delivery of an order, it will fall under our standard return policy, whereby round trip shipping costs and restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
• Refund / return will be provided to the original purchaser only.
• Refund will be made by the same method as payment received for the order. Convenience fee shall not be returned for COD order.
